The presentation is a sequel to Navigating The Children's System of Care (CSOC), whose goal is to provide various resources in Bergen County that address some of the most reoccurring needs among our children. The goal is to provide an understanding of the community resources and their accessibility to ensure every child's needs can be met to create a pathway to stabilization and healthy well-being.
