Journal With Me

  • Fort Lee Public Library 320 Main Street fort Ridgefield Park, NJ, 07660 United States (map)

Mental health is a persistent issue amongst kids and teens, so it’s important that they learn about it and how to help themselves and each other.

The “It's Real: Teens and Mental Health” program teaches middle school students about general mental health information, available resources, how to notice signs of deterioration in mental health, how to start a caring conversation about mental health and how to engage in methods of self-care. Additionally, participants get to create and decorate their own journals as a method of self care.

  • Event/Service Tier:  Tier 1

  • Event Type: In-Person

  • Who Should Go: Middle School Students

Registration deadline 9/25/24.
